Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood Offers Ongoing Activities

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department offers ongoing classes and activities for children and adults at the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood, TN.  All classes are open to the public. Registration and more information is available at www.wcparksandrec.com.

Table Tennis

Table tennis for all ability levels is available for practice sessions, open play and match play for a session fee of $3.00 per person payable at sign-inThe scheduled time for this activity at the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood, 920 Heritage Way, is every Sunday from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Coaching can also be arranged for beginners as well as those wanting to improve their game. Piano Lessons with James Weinberg

Private weekly piano lessons for beginning to intermediate levels are offered at the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood, 920 Heritage Way, on Thursdays from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m. Learn note reading skills, music theory, and artistic technique using a variety of styles. Call/text James at 615-268-2296 or email mr.james@jamesmusicstudio.com to reserve your 30 minute time slot. Once your time slot is reserved, the instructor will give you a link for online registration to complete your registration and payment. Cost for four weekly classes per month is $120. A supply fee may apply for method books as needed.

Fitness and Wellness

Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) offers a wide variety of fitness classes at the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood, 920 Heritage Way.  With ongoing, weekly classes; including land and water based options, plus personal trainers and health coaches on staff; WCPR makes it easy for you reach your goals with classes like Yoga, Zumba, Hydroburn, indoor cycling, Iron Bodies, and Cardio Fit.
