Williamson County Parks and Recreation is pleased to offer free holiday activities for kids, including Santa’s mailbox and a Christmas coloring contest with prizes
SANTA’S MAILBOX
Williamson County Parks and Recreation has set up special mailboxes for letters to Santa at the following locations: Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road; Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd.; and Hillsboro-Leiper’s Fork Recreation Center, 5325 Old Highway 96. Drop off your letters between December 1st and 20th, and Santa promises to respond to every boy and girl with a personal letter. Be sure to include a return address! CHRISTMAS COLORING CONTEST
Kids ages 3 through 10 are invited to enter a Christmas coloring contest at the following Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department locations: Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road; Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd.; and Hillsboro-Leiper’s Fork Recreation Center, 5325 Old Highway 96. Drop by and pick up an entry form, color it and return it to the recreation center by December 22nd. Winners will be chosen and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes awarded in 4 age groups: 3-4 year olds, 5-6 year olds, 7-8 year olds, and 9-10 year olds. For more information, visit www.parksandrec.com.
