Free Group Fitness Open House
Thinking of getting in shape in 2009? Need to shed some holiday pounds? The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department invites you to a free Group Fitness Open House at the Franklin Recreation Complex on Saturday, January 10th.
Stop by and join in the fun from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. During this totally free event, you can try several of our group fitness programs, including Pilates Powerhouse, Cardio Interval, Step Aerobics, Indoor Cycling and Zumba.
Get a fantastic free workout to the latest music utilizing the ultimate in fitness equipment. Instructors will be on hand to lead classes and answer questions. There will be door prizes and free refreshments after the event. No reservations are required. The Franklin Recreation Complex is located at 1120 Hillsboro Road.
