Franklin Transit, TODD service announce Christmas schedule

The Franklin Transit Authority has announced there will be no fixed route transit or TODD service on Friday, Dec. 25.

All Franklin Transit services will conclude at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 24.

Once again, this year Franklin Transit will be offering Safe Rides Home for New Year’s Eve. Ring in the New Year safely on board Franklin Transit’s Twilight TODD. On Dec. 31, the Franklin Transit service will be offering pre-arranged curb-to-curb service within the Franklin city limits from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Cost for round-trip service is $6.

Rides must be scheduled in advance. Pre-paid reservations are subject to availability and must be made by Dec. 28. Call 615-628-0263 or email:twilighttodd@tmagroup.org to make reservations.
