Family Night to Feature Singer/Songwriter Rachel Sumner

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce a concert appearance by award-winning children’s entertainer Rachel Sumner on Friday, January 16th at the Fairview Recreation Complex’s Family Night.  Sumner is a singer and songwriter well known for lively performances where audience participation is encouraged. Her triple award-winning CD “I’ve Got Imagination” has been a favorite with reviewers. Her music videos appear regularly on The Learning Channel’s “Ready, Set, Learn” and she can be heard on children’s radio, satellite and airline programming around the world. Sumner is a Master Artist with the highly acclaimed Wolf Trap Institute and a prolific singer, writer and actor. She has appeared in television and radio commercials as well as in children’s theater, bands and orchestras. 
 
Family Night with Rachel Sumner will be Friday, January 16th, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Fairview Recreation Complex. The cost is $6 per person (2 and under free) and includes 2 slices of Pizza Hut pizza, drink, dessert and entertainment by Rachel Sumner. Space is limited, so make your reservations early.
