Yoga In The Park In Celebration of International Day of Yoga
Join us in Franklin at The Park at Harlinsdale Farm on June 21, 2026, for Yoga in the Park as we celebrate International Day of Yoga with a morning of movement, mindfulness, community, and wellness under the trees at the newly restored Hayes House. 
Enjoy yoga, meditation, a sound bath, local vendors, coffee, food, and a kids zone. All levels welcome!
Hosted by Friends of Franklin Parks in partnership with local wellness leaders and community sponsors including Be Well Mel, Robin Barnes, Vui’s Kitchen, Kendra Scott, Pink Cloud Coffee, Lululemon, and more.
Most importantly, funds raised through sponsorships and merchandise will support Ellie G’s Dream World, Franklin’s first inclusive playground.

The first 25 attendees will walk away with a grab bag full of goodies from local vendors.

Opening Meditation and Yoga Sampler
Be Well Mel, Certified Integrative health and Well-Being Coach and Yoga Meditation Teacher ad your local Yoga Teachers, will kick off Yoga in the Park with a grounding Five Senses Opening Meditation. This intentional practice with help attendees arrive fully, connect within, and set the tone for the community celebration ahead. Then will we move through a sampler style yoga class: Hatha Yoga, Flow, Restorative and Breath work.

STATION C KIDS ZONE
Peaceful Paws Creative BackYard Camp and Melanie Papa will have on going fun for the kids. Plus a very special Guest from the Foster puppies of Rubies & Rough. Bring the kids of all ages and keep them entertained with Yoga game, arts and Crafts and lots of cuddling with the sweet puppies.
