Rooted in stunning harmonies and sharp songwriting, Trey Smith and Jenn Fielder collectively known as SmithField, are a modern country duo inspired by one of country music’s longstanding legacies: the male-female duet. Smithfield hails from a small town in Texas, where they met at the age of 10, and their families go back 3 generations. Since moving to music city, their song “Hey Whiskey” in 2018 launched the duo into critically acclaimed artists that Rollingstone, Billboard, People, and Forbes have all raved about and called the ‘ones to watch’ in country music. The band has amassed independently more than 80 million global streams, Debuted a #1 Country EP called New Town in 2021, and have over 40 Grand Ole Opry performances. Smithfield has opened for some of country’s biggest acts such as Old Dominion, Kane Brown, Brothers Osborn, and Morgan Wallen to name a few.
