Dowdle Construction Group Expands Preconstruction Team with Key Additions

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 21, 2026) – Dowdle Construction Group, an award-winning Nashville-based general contractor, is expanding its preconstruction division with two new hires and a leadership promotion to support the company’s continued growth.
Dowdle has added preconstruction managers Devin Kennedy and Naudia Booker, while promoting Joe Riegle to director of preconstruction. In his new role, Riegle will lead the team and continue advancing Dowdle’s preconstruction capabilities.
Together, the expanded team strengthens Dowdle’s ability to deliver an even higher level of service to clients during the critical early stages of a project.
Kennedy brings nearly seven years of preconstruction experience, most recently with Southern Land, where he developed a strong foundation in early-phase project delivery. Booker joins Dowdle following her tenure at Hensel Phelps, where she progressed from field engineer to estimator and gained valuable perspective on both field operations and cost planning.
