Wilkins Branch Mountain Bike Park Franklin TN

Nestled in the wooded hills of Leiper’s Fork just west of downtown Franklin, Wilkins Branch Mountain Bike Park spans 156 acres and offers a purpose-built trail system for mountain biking enthusiasts. Developed through a public-private partnership between Outdoor Encounter and Williamson County Parks and Recreation, the park is free to use and open to riders of all skill levels.

The park features 13 trails covering approximately six miles, ranging from beginner-friendly singletrack to challenging downhill flow lines. Trails are clearly marked by difficulty—green for beginners, blue for intermediate riders, and black for advanced bikers—with highlights including Stache n’ Cash, Moonshine Run, Shep Express, and Bob Sled. Riders can also navigate between trails via Parkway, a perimeter loop connecting all of Phase 1.

A central meeting spot known as The Hub allows riders to regroup and choose their next trail. Built with community input and maintained by volunteers, the park offers a safe, scenic, and adrenaline-filled riding experience just a short drive from Nashville.

Wilkins Branch is a bike-only facility. Helmets are required, and trail use is restricted during inclement weather for safety and preservation. Riders under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
