Soy Bistro is a family-owned Korean-inspired restaurant in Brentwood, Tennessee, serving made-to-order dishes with bold sweet, sour, spicy, and savory flavors. Founded in 2010 by Chris and Hannah Lee and now owned by Kenji Ichikawa and Michael Kaplan, the restaurant has built a loyal following for favorites such as bibimbap, teriyaki, fried rice, noodles, tacos, kimchi fries, and other Asian-inspired dishes. Soy Bistro also offers catering for office lunches, weddings, graduations, and other events, and serves both lunch and dinner. Outdoor seating is available, and dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables.
