For more than 25 years, Tin Cottage has shaped the shopping experience in Downtown Franklin, and now Southern Cottage continues that legacy. Since opening in 1999, Tin Cottage grew beyond a simple gift shop. It became a gathering place filled with friendships, loyal customers, and familiar faces. Many visitors came to see it as their “happy place,” returning year after year.

Now, Southern Cottage begins a new chapter in the heart of Downtown Franklin. This inviting boutique blends timeless Southern style with modern charm. Shoppers will find curated home décor, stylish clothing, children’s books and toys, jewelry, and Tennessee-inspired gifts. Every detail reflects warm hospitality and thoughtful design, creating a welcoming experience from the moment guests step inside.

Located at 320 Main Street in the former F&M Bank building, Southern Cottage brings new life to a landmark address. Owners Marianne and Greg DeMeyers combined Southern Manor and Tin Cottage to create this expanded concept. Rooted in Franklin tradition, Southern Cottage continues a legacy while welcoming both longtime locals and first-time visitors.
