SOS Counter is a fast-casual café and eatery planned for Franklin’s Cool Springs area, expected to open in 2026. The concept is led by local bakers and chefs and will serve seasonal salads, soups, sandwiches, freshly baked sourdough breads, pastries, and other bakery items. The restaurant is also expected to offer a selection of sandwiches and soups alongside its bakery offerings. The planned location is at 701 Cool Springs Boulevard, near office areas and public green space in the Park West development.
