Peter’s Sushi & Thai is a family-owned restaurant in Brentwood, Tennessee, serving handcrafted Japanese and Thai cuisine since 2005. Founded by husband-and-wife team Peter and Day Jarupat, the restaurant combines Peter’s background as a sushi chef with Day’s traditional Thai cooking. The menu includes nigiri, sashimi, classic and specialty sushi rolls, pad thai, curries, stir-fries, fried rice, noodle dishes, teriyaki, tempura, bento boxes, and other Japanese and Thai favorites. Peter’s serves lunch and dinner and is known for using fresh ingredients and imported fish for its sushi selections.
