Pelato, the Brooklyn Italian restaurant from Chef Anthony Scotto, is expanding to Franklin with a planned opening in early 2026. Known for its small shareable plates and bold flavors, Pelato offers familiar Brooklyn Italian dishes served with a modern twist. The new location is slated for CoolSprings Galleria in the former Party Fowl space.
The menu highlights family recipes, traditional pasta dishes, and a lineup of playful cocktails and frozen drinks. Guests can expect classics like Radiatori Vodka, made with tomato, cream, Calabrian chili, and parmigiano reggiano, along with popular treats such as cannoli chips with house-made sweet ricotta cream and chocolate chips. The restaurant also offers a traditional Sunday Supper.
