The Main Barn at The Park at Harlinsdale Farm in Franklin, TN, is a restored historic landmark that reflects the property’s legacy as a nationally recognized Tennessee Walking Horse farm. Built as part of the farm’s equestrian operations, the barn once housed and trained champion horses, including the celebrated Midnight Sun.
After an extensive renovation led by the City of Franklin with guidance from preservation experts, the Main Barn has been updated with modern amenities while maintaining its historic integrity. Improvements include new siding, flooring, and structural upgrades that allow the space to safely welcome the public.
Today, the Main Barn serves as both a centerpiece of the 200-acre park and a flexible venue for community use. The space is envisioned for a range of events and activities, offering residents and visitors a chance to experience the park’s history in a new way.
