KidStrong Franklin

KidStrong Franklin is a children’s development center offering coach-led classes for kids from crawling age through 11 years old. Owned locally by Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson East and her husband, former NFL player Andrew East, the Franklin location focuses on whole-child development through movement, problem-solving, teamwork, and character-building activities.

Each 45-minute class is designed around KidStrong’s three pillars: strong body, strong mind, and strong character. Activities may include obstacle courses, movement challenges, puzzles, games, skill development, and social exercises that support confidence, coordination, resilience, independence, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Classes are divided by age and developmental stage, beginning with BabyStrong for children who are crawling to walking and continuing through groups for ages 8 to 11. Parents participate on the floor with children under age 4. KidStrong Franklin also offers camps and birthday parties.

KidStrong also has an online shop offering at-home training systems and apparel for children. The products are designed to extend KidStrong’s focus on strength, confidence, character, and age-appropriate skill development beyond the classroom, with options intended for family use at home.
