Hidden Gem Farm is a local orchard and garden in Spring Hill, Tennessee, producing an extremely wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Hidden Gem uses sustainable farming practices going back to the early 1900s by mulching crops heavily with hay and not using ANY pesticides or herbicides. The Farm also offers a farmers market on the property every Saturday from April to December from 11 AM to 2 PM.
At Hidden Gem Farm you can find apples, blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupes, figs, grapes, peaches, pears, strawberries, watermelons, asparagus, arugula, beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, collards, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, herbs, kale, lettuce, microgreens, mushrooms, mustard greens, okra, onions, peppers, potatoes, pumpkins, radishes, spinach, squash summer, squash winter, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, turnip greens, turnips, eggs and more.
