Culamar + Rooftop Tapas + Oyster Bar, located in downtown Franklin, TN, offers a coastal Mediterranean-inspired dining experience with shareable plates, oysters, cocktails, wine, and rooftop views of Main Street. Led by Executive Chef and Owner Frank Pullara, Culamar has evolved from its original seafood focus into a broader concept featuring flavors inspired by Italy, Spain, Greece, and the surrounding Mediterranean coast.

The menu includes chef-driven small plates, seafood, vegetable-forward dishes, and rotating specials designed for sharing. Guests can stop in for oysters and cocktails, enjoy a few tapas-style dishes with friends, or build a full meal around a variety of coastal-inspired plates.

Culamar’s rooftop patio gives guests one of downtown Franklin’s distinctive restaurant settings, making it a place for dinner, drinks, Golden Hour, date nights, group gatherings, or a casual stop during an evening on Main Street.
