BrightStone Benefit

BrightStone’s 11th Annual “Music That Touches the Heart”

BrightStone’s friend and renowned entertainer, Trace Adkins, will highlight the benefit as he takes the stage with musicians Jon Coleman, Mark Gillespie, and Brian Wooten, to present an unforgettable evening of country’s best.

Trace has invited some of his outstanding singer/songwriters friends consisting of Kenny Beard, Monty Criswell, Ed Hill, and Don Poythress who will entertain the audience with some of their award winning favorites.

Jim Hayden will begin the evening with musical selections for the enjoyment of the guests during dinner, followed by the music of Case & the Common Folk, a fairly new, young Nashville-based band consisting of Andrew Case, Charles Myers, Bennett Burnside, Chipper Hammond, Colton Hammond, Grayson Propst, and Jake Martin.

The evening also includes a full buffet dinner provided by A Dream Come True Catering, and a silent auction featuring great deals. Co-presenting sponsors for this year’s event include STAR Physical Therapy and Vanderbilt Bone & Joint.

“Music That Touches the Heart” is a yearly benefit that features outstanding performers in an intimate setting. With over 650 reservations, this year’s event has SOLD OUT, but a waiting list  has been started. Funds raised from the evening support Middle Tennessee adults who live each day with developmental disabilities and their families.

BrightStone is a resource in the community providing job training and employment opportunities for adults who are developmentally disabled.
