Brentwood Academy seniors offered more than $8 Million in scholarships

The 117 members of Brentwood Academy’s class of 2016 have been offered more than $8 million in college scholarships, not including the Tennessee Hope Scholarship. The various scholarships are designated for leadership, academics, fine arts, forensics, and/or athletics.

Several seniors have been awarded the top scholarships offered by their college of choice. Four of these members of the class of 2016 include:

Brock Schoenwald was accepted into the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program, the only scholarship in the country that offers students access to the resources of two of the most highly regarded universities – Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a Robertson Scholar, Brock will not only participate in a world-class undergraduate leadership development program, but he will receive four years of full tuition, room and board to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Furthermore, Brock will have unique access to academic and extracurricular offerings at both UNC and Duke and funding for three summers of domestic and international experiences. Each year approximately 18 students from UNC and 18 students from Duke University are selected to join the Robertson Scholars community.
