The Bistro – Decadence by Design Now Open at CoolSprings Galleria
Nashville, TN- May 8, 2017 – CoolSprings Galleria management is excited to welcome The Bistro – Decadence by Design (DbyD), one of Franklin’s newest restaurants. Voted “Best New Discovery” by the attendees of the Taste of Williamson, The Bistro offers a fantastic fusion of southern home cooking and Jamaican cuisine.

The Café is the latest brainchild of the parent company, Eloquent Creation, INC. In 2012 Erica A. Jones conceived the idea of forming a company that would create a culturally diverse cuisine made from the finest quality ingredients. In 2014 Ms. Jones collaborated with current business partner, Dr. Orville Campbell. Together they refined the business concept into a unique business plan. The target clientele is broad and ranges from kids to the most mature, and culturally diverse individuals with the most sophisticated of tastes. Both hope to make the cuisine at The Café DbyD the best Jamaican food in Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
