(Nov. 2, 2026) — Big Bad Breakfast (“BBB”), the acclaimed from-scratch breakfast and lunch restaurant created by award-winning chef and cookbook author John Currence, announced today it will open its newest restaurant in Brentwood, Tennessee, on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026. Considered one of the fastest-growing chef-driven restaurant concepts in the Southeast, the newest BBB will be at 330 Franklin Road, Suite 226-B, Brentwood, TN 37027, in Brentwood Place, becoming the 32nd in the restaurant’s growing portfolio across nine states, the 10th BBB in Tennessee, and the fifth in the Greater Nashville area. Chef John Currence’s renowned from-scratch breakfast, lunch, and cocktails spot is a family-friendly restaurant, serving Southern favorites, heart-healthy options, custom cocktails and mocktails, and some of Chef Currence’s famous biscuits.

BBB was created by James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-recommended Chef John Currence in Oxford, Mississippi, to bring to life his vision of what a from-scratch Southern diner should be. Breaking from the standard pancake houses and fast-food options that most diners were accustomed to, Currence developed BBB to offer high-quality breakfast and lunch items that went beyond the ordinary. The concept became a runaway success and BBB now has more than 30 locations across the Southeast, with Currence planning more restaurants in the near future.
