Leading staffing solutions provider continues national expansion by signing all-new franchise owner, Angie Hedge
AtWork Group, an award-winning national staffing agency franchise, has expanded its national footprint by opening an all-new franchise to Middle Tennessee professional, Angie Hedge. The new territory will help better serve the area’s staffing needs and add to the more than 20 already established AtWork locations in Tennessee.
“My territory covers a large part of Middle and West Tennessee. In that area, there are plenty of unmet staffing needs such as light industrial, clerical and union-based positions,” said Hedge. “With my background in human resources, law, and industrial and organizational psychology, starting an AtWork franchise appealed to me as a great and comfortable way to enter the next stage in my career.”
Hedge comes to AtWork Group with nearly 20 years of human resources experience as the HR manager for a leading container manufacturing corporation. A Tennessee native, her varied career and educational background includes a J.D. from the Nashville School of Law, a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. As a human resources and staffing professional, she is widely versed in union management, union avoidance and union integration.
Having discovered the AtWork Group as a result of observing various staffing methods at a local career center, Hedge went forward with becoming a franchise owner in an effort to provide the level of human resources she felt were missing in her area. Her first AtWork territory location is now open with plans to expand with multiple offices.
