Southall’s Tiffin Dinner transforms The Jammery into a table for all, an intimate, five-course communal feast where the kitchen tells a story, and the farm sets the scene.

Each week, our chef draws from a different culinary tradition, reimagined through whatever the season is giving us, right here on the land.

As the summer season winds toward its final weeks, this edition of Tiffin drifts toward the equator for a journey through the islands, sun-drenched, spirited, and full of contrast. From the crisp bite of fried plantain to the smoky heat of jerk chicken, each course carries you further into the Caribbean table. 

Join us for this island-hopping dining experience, taste your way from Puerto Rico to the Bahamas, Haiti, Jamaica, and Cuba, and close the night with a guava pastry sweet enough to end any voyage.
