Puffy Muffin
Puffy Muffin in Brentwood is honoring Dolly Parton with a special cookie fundraiser benefiting Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
The bakery is selling decorated Dolly Parton cookies, with 100% of the profits supporting the program that provides free books to children from birth to age five. Puffy Muffin has already made more than 1,000 of the cookies and is working to keep up with demand.
The sparkling cookies feature glitter as a nod to Parton’s signature style.
Puffy Muffin has a longstanding connection to Parton, having created cakes for her and for events featuring her over the years.
Puffy Muffin CEO Kristi Stone Green said the bakery plans to continue offering the cookies as long as customers remain interested in purchasing them and supporting Parton’s legacy.
Puffy Muffin is located at 229 Franklin Road in Brentwood. The family-owned bakery and restaurant has been part of Williamson County since 1986 and serves breakfast, lunch, and baked goods, including cakes, pies, and cookies.
