Public Safety Day

Brentwood Fire and Rescue Department’s Public Safety Day is an annual community event typically held in the fall at Brentwood Place Shopping Center. Designed for residents of all ages, the event combines educational demonstrations, emergency response displays, and family-friendly activities to help the community better understand public safety and how to respond during an emergency.

The event features live fire demonstrations, emergency medical vehicles, Brentwood Police officers, 911 dispatch information, and hands-on displays from public safety organizations. Visitors may also see a residential fire sprinkler demonstration, vehicle extrication equipment in action, CPR demonstrations, free car seat checks, a police K-9 unit, a hazmat trailer, and activities for children.
