John D. Peppers, Attorney at Law

John Peppers is an attorney with a diverse background of 30 years experience in business, academia, the Tennessee foster system, adoption, and estate planning. His entrepreneurial experience covers a range of industries including retail, restaurant, consulting, and property management.

After receiving his MBA, he accepted teaching positions at Bethel University, Nashville State Community College, and Athens State University, focusing on Systems Theory, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Personal Finance, Organizational Behavior, Business Statistics, Civil Litigation for Paralegals, Property Law, Torts, and Corporate Law.

Throughout his career, he has created, managed, and served as a trustee for Corporations, General Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Corporations, and Trusts.

John has also served on Boards of Directors for non-profit agencies in the Middle Tennessee area.
