Atmos Energy and Tractor Supply Company Foundation Announced as Co-presenting Sponsors
FRANKLIN, TENN. – The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, TN announced the 53rd Annual Heritage Ball is returning to Harlinsdale Farm on Saturday, September 12. Atmos Energy and Tractor Supply Company Foundation are announced as Presenting Sponsors of Williamson County’s longest-running black-tie affair.
Heritage Foundation President and CEO Bari Beasley said, “The Heritage Ball has always been about more than a gala. It’s a celebration of this community’s commitment to protecting what makes Williamson County extraordinary. Moving to Harlinsdale Farm is a homecoming, and we’re grateful to the City of Franklin for opening the doors to us once again. There is no more fitting place to gather in support of historic preservation than a working farm that Franklin fought to save. We’re proud to bring our guests to the land itself and to remind everyone why this work matters. We’re also honored to have Atmos Energy and Tractor Supply Company Foundation as our co-presenters. Their dedication to preservation and the Foundation is stellar.”
“Atmos Energy is honored to continue our long-standing partnership with the Heritage Foundation as part of our commitment to fueling safe and thriving communities,” said Atmos Energy’s Manager of Public Affairs, Christina Christiansen. “Our support reflects our dedication to being responsible stewards of the communities we serve. Preserving places like Harlinsdale Farm ensures that future generations can continue to enjoy and connect with the spaces that define our community’s character and history. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Tractor Supply Company Foundation in supporting this meaningful work and celebrating the return of the Heritage Ball to such an iconic setting.”
Tractor Supply Company Foundation Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Relations Mary Winn Pilkington said, “Our roots run deep here in Williamson County, and it’s truly an honor to support the Heritage Foundation. The Foundation plays such an important role in preserving what makes this community so special, and the Heritage Ball is one of the highlights of the year. We’re thrilled to be part of it and to help celebrate the spirit of this incredible community.”
Other noted sponsors of the Heritage Ball include Medical House Calls for the Patron Party and Tennessee Equine Hospital for the Late Party. Both companies have supported the Heritage Foundation and Heritage Ball for many years.
This year’s Heritage Ball chairs are Meg and Tyler Borders, who are community leaders and longtime supporters of the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County. Tyler has served two terms on the Board of Directors, and Meg previously served as a CASA volunteer, advocating for children and families. Both share a deep-rooted commitment to local preservation.
Amos Gott of AmosEvents is returning as the ball designer. This year’s ball design draws inspiration from the rich, equestrian aesthetic of Harlinsdale Farm. The ball will be elegant, timeless, and unmistakably Franklin. Flavor will be catering the event, bringing their classic, colorful, and flavorful cuisine.
The evening will open with a sense of occasion as guests walk through a celebration of the Foundation’s history, followed by cocktails in the barn and dinner under an elegant tent on the grounds. Following remarks and presentations, the evening will close with music and dancing.
This year’s highly anticipated online auction launches on August 6 and ends the night of the ball. One-of-a-kind, unique experiences and trips are being curated to attract a highly competitive bidding event.
Each year, approximately 800 guests gather at the Heritage Ball to support and celebrate the Heritage Foundation’s work and raise funds for future preservation projects. In addition to a seated dinner and dancing, the ball features a cocktail hour, a Late Party and other fundraising opportunities.
Tickets and tables will go on sale in August. For information on sponsorship opportunities, contact our Director of Corporate Sponsorships, Tanner Adams, at tadams@williamsonheritage.org.
