About Workzinga

Launching in early 2022, Workzinga is a new hiring and job search platform taking motivation, leadership preferences and personality into account to benefit both job seekers and employers. Using their multi-factor algorithm, founder Dan Hunter and his team of organizational psychologists built the platform to match job seekers with roles from a culture and data-driven perspective. Breaking the mold of any existing job site, the platform fosters authentic conversations between candidates and employers to produce mutually beneficial matches with greater tenure.

Prior to launch, the Workzinga team is bringing together Nashville’s HR leaders to discuss what workplace culture means at each of their companies and how it can become more integrated into the hiring process in 2022 and beyond.
