Ok, this is going to be a fun evening! Saturday evening we will learn how to properly ‘rub’, and glaze your amazing St. Louis rack of ribs to create tender, fall-off-the-bone oven-baked ribs (not everyone has a smoker, but they’ll taste as you do!). You will have one full slab per couple, and alllllllllll of the fixings provided by us- Various deviled eggs to start, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, and a dessert! Let’s not forget that we’ll be pairing these delicious ribs with some fine wine (beer will be available)! Best part? You will take home your delicious homemade BDC Rub, and BDC Whiskey Peach BBQ Sauce!!
