A Tennessee native and greater Nashville area resident, Childs specializes in finding dream homes and new owners for both buyers and sellers. Nashville has been home to Childs since attending Belmont University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Music Business. After a fruitful career as a booking agent, she followed her passion for client relations and architecture to pursue a career in real estate.
