Williamson County Parks and Recreation to Host a Variety of Easter Egg Hunts and Activities

Easter Egg Hunts and Activities at WCPR facilities in Spring Hill, Fairview, Nolensville and at Timberland Park in Franklin, TN.

Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) will host a variety of Easter egg hunts and activities at WCPR facilities in Spring Hill, Fairview, Nolensville and at Timberland Park in Franklin, TN.

March 29: Egg Dive – Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Drive, Spring Hill, beginning at 2:00 p.m. It’s an underwater Easter Egg Hunt in the indoor pool. Jump, splash, and swim for eggs! Following each dive the kids will return their eggs to claim their prizes and/or candy-filled goody bags. Each age group will have golden eggs. While waiting for their turn, the kids will have an opportunity to get their pictures taken with the Easter Bunny! Parents, don’t forget to bring your cameras to capture special memories and kids, bring your baskets for gathering eggs.  Register at www.wcparksandrec.com  for activity #16462. Swim times are: 2:00 p.m. for Special Needs; 3:00 p.m. for ages 0-5 or non-swimmers; 3:45 p.m. for ages 6-8; and 4:30 p.m. for ages 9-12. *A maximum of 50 kids per age group will be accepted. April 5: A Super Royal Eggstravaganza – Williamson County Enrichment Center, 110 Everbright Avenue, Franklin, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. It’s a Spring Party and Easter Egg Hunt with your favorite Princesses, Super Heroes and of course….the Easter Bunny.  Parents and grandparents get to participate in the activities too and dine on delicious refreshments along with the kids.  Activities include a “Meet and Greet” with the characters, Story Time with the Super Heroes, a Sing-Along with the Princesses, photos with all of the characters, Easter crafts, face painting and the event will conclude with the Easter Egg Hunt!  Parents, don’t forget to bring your cameras to capture special memories and kids, bring your baskets for gathering eggs.  Prizes awarded for Best Fancy Dressed.  This event is for boys and girls (ages 10 and younger) and they must be accompanied by an adult. Register at www.wcparksandrec.com  for activity #17398. April 5: Egg Hunt – Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd., Fairview, 2:00 p.m. The Easter Bunny will arrive in Fairview for the annual FREE Community Easter Egg Hunt. This event is free and open to the public. Children ages 10 and younger are invited to attend with their parents. Hundreds of eggs will be scattered and some eggs will contain special prizes. Parents, don’t forget to bring your cameras to capture special memories and kids, bring your baskets for gathering eggs. No registration required. April 6:  Eggstravaganza – Timberland Park, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Join us for a little Easter fun at Timberland Park. Kids will enjoy hunting for Easter eggs and visiting with the Easter Bunny!  Parents, don’t forget to bring your cameras to capture special memories and kids, bring your baskets for gathering eggs.  This is a free event but space is limited and registration is required. Register for activity #16783 at www.wcparksandrec.com. For ages 3-5. Timberland Park is located at Mile Marker 437.2 on the Historic Natchez Trace Parkway in Franklin.

April 7: Egg Hunt – Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville, 7250 Nolensville Rd., Nolensville, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Bring your kids for a fun-filled morning of activities and games!  The Easter Bunny will be on hand for photos, so bring your cameras. The event is free but pre-registration is required. Register for activity #16784 at www.wcparksandrec.com.
