Brentwood-based Consulting Firm, Great Days Leadership, Adds Lead Consultant for Athletics
Greg Brown brings two decades of elite coaching experience to help coaches, teams and organizations grow with purpose and integrity
BRENTWOOD, TN – Great Days Leadership, a Brentwood-based consulting firm dedicated to equipping organizations to grow with purpose, integrity and impact, today announced the addition of Greg Brown as Lead Consultant for Athletics and the official launch of its new Athletics Vertical, a strategic expansion into leadership and culture development for athletic programs, coaches, and teams.
In his new role, Brown will leverage more than two decades of elite coaching experience to help leaders and teams build cultures rooted in trust, clarity, and accountability. A former NCAA Division I women’s basketball head coach, Brown has worked under Hall of Fame coaches Don Meyer, Pat Summitt, and Gary Blair, contributing to Final Four runs and championship teams.
Brown is a Ziglar Certified Coach and DISC Certified Consultant whose work focuses on developing high-performance cultures where people thrive under pressure and lead with purpose. A sought-after speaker, author, and consultant, he brings a proven ability to translate lessons from the court into practical, transformative leadership principles.
With his addition, Great Days Leadership will now offer a dedicated Athletics Vertical providing customized leadership development, consulting, and coaching for athletic directors, coaches, general managers, associations, and athletes. Through this expansion, the firm will help athletic leaders strengthen team culture, improve communication, and connect performance to purpose, equipping them to lead with clarity and character on and off the field.
